Great day trip with all facets of rafting. The two most beautiful rafting rivers in Styria combined in one day!
We are rafting on two rivers that could not be any different. In the morning we raft on the scenic Salza, in the afternoon on the powerful Enns in the Gesäuse National Park.
Schedule for the day trip Salza & Enns in Styria:
Meeting point for the tour is our Camp Salza. The Salza is a small, scenically outstanding river that offers whitewater passages up to medium difficulty. Highlights are two jumps into the river (optional) as well as the unique trip through the beautiful "Palfauer" gorge towards the end of the tour.
The tour is followed by a lunch break at Basecamp Salza. For refreshment, we offer our Gesäuse-picnic with loin of pork, bacon, cheese, spreads, apple juice etc. exclusively from regional farmers.
The Enns in the afternoon offers fast, powerful white water with some sporty passages such as the "Schlusskatarakt" and the "Gesäuse Eingang", but also some calmer sections that invite you to jump into the river or simply enjoy the great mountain scenery of the National Park.
