Rafting + Flying Fox Alpine

Our day trip with all highlights of the Gesäuse! Rafting on the Salza river in the morning, cool ziplines at the Highfly Salzatal in the afternoon!

"Wild waters, steep mountains" - this slogan of the Nationalpark Gesäuse says it all for our combination trip Rafting+ziplines. In the morning we go on a splashy whitewater rafting trip in a beautiful in scenery on the Salza river, in the afternoon waits our Flying fox Alpine with thrilling ziplines, abseiling and a via verrata for us.

Schedule for the Day Trip Rafting + Ziplines in Styria:

Meeting point for the trip is our Basecamp Salza. The Salza trip in the morning offers beautiful whitewater with nice rapids,  jump spots in the river and crystal clear water. We paddle through the famous Palfauer gorge and enjoy one of the most unique whitewater rivers in Europe. 

After the trip we get back to the Basecamp, where we will have a regional cold lunch with local specialities and a drink (veggie option possible, but please let us know in advance) 

Great whitewater and thrilling ziplines!

In the afternoon we head to another great programme: The Flyinig Fox Alpine trip is an unique vertical experience. The trip includes a via verrata combined with different elements such as ziplines (the longest one is 150 meters), and abseil spots. Good nerves will be necessary, while we overview the beautiful Salza river where we rafted down just a couple of hours before.
